Mohsiul Islam Adnan

CEO

Adnan is an engineering professional, social & media communication specialist, entrepreneur and business manager with more than twenty years of extensive experience in media, social communication, and construction and real estate industry. He also serves as Director, Operations of Charuta Homes Limited and Founder and Director of a Multinational Merchant Bank.

Mohsiul is a Civil Engineering graduate from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He is an active member of Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB - the national professional organization of engineers in Bangladesh). Mohsiul also leads AD Traders, a platform of the highly advanced technological equipment as CEO.

Architect Shahriar Iqbal Raj

Consultant Architect

Shahriar has trained in the UK in Digital Architecture and completed his B.Arch. degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He has also achieved the professional certificate of Fire Safety Master Trainer from Fair Labor Association (FLA) of UK and International Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Associate Professor Shahriar now works as Chairman of Architectural Department in North South University. Beside architecture, Shahriar has interest in the ICT field and has several trainings on different technological and software related courses. He plays an active role in anti-drone system installation in Bangladesh and after sales service. Shahriar also provides a solution of up gradation of chart installation in ECDIS of some Coast Guard ships where some vendors failed to provide that solution.

Nazra Mahjabeen Sabet

Nazra is a social entrepreneur, business manager and MIS specialist with a proven track record of over 20 years. She has extensive experience of more than 10 years in running social enterprises of NGOs like BRAC (the world largest NGO) and Friendship. She has launched many retail brands, outlets and products and made them successful in the market. The brands includes frozen foods, sustainable clothing, eco-friendly products, energy efficient solar systems and many more. She is also experienced in construction management and successful development of many projects.

Nazra is a Civil Engineering graduate from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and obtained her MBA from University of Dhaka. She is a member of IEB and active member of many social and voluntary organizations.

Engr. Md. Al-Amin Bejoy

Project Manager

Bejoy is a Civil Engineer graduate. He has track record of being involved as different roles in various important projects, like: Saudi Embassy Construction by Charuta Pvt. Limited, Charubithi: a 14 storied luxurious apartment project developed by Charuta Homes Limited, Equipment room construction at Prime Minister’s Residence by AD Construction.
